If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment. No exceptions will be made. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you are seated by your appointment time.

Please contact us by phone at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Upon cancellation you may reschedule your appointment, with your deposit in tact. After 24 hours you will lose all money paid as well as be charged a rebooking fee of $20. 

All styles include braiding or twisting hair. All prices include hair. For special styles that require hair that we do not stock, please get clearance in advance. All style prices are final and will not be reduced with the provision of your own hair.

If you will not be using Mane Culture for shampooing we strongly recommend that you shampoo, blow dry and refrain from applying any extraneous hair product (such as oils, leave-in-conditioners, gels etc ).
