Service Policy

WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE YOU THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE AND QUALITY, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW OUR SERVICE POLICY BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INCREASE THE PRICE OF A SERVICE IF THE LENGTH AND/OR THICKNESS OF A CLIENTS’ HAIR IS EXCESSIVE OR REQUIRES SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS. 

Coloring

For all color appointments we highly recommend a consultation prior to booking to ensure the best results.

Braid/Twist Repair

For all repairs done to braids or twist more than 7 days after the time of service is subject to a repair fee.

 

Late Arrivals

To respect all of our client reservations and ensure on-time services, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late a $25 late fee can be required to retain your appointment. Cancelled appointments will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to rebook which will be applied to the service fee.

Children or Additional Guests

Mane Culture Salon can only accommodate clients being serviced. Therefore, please refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment.

Payment

Mane Culture Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any type for payment.

Refusal of Service

Mane Culture Salon reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion.
